I enjoyed the class. I think I would get more from one on one instruction, as what we did wasn?t particularly structured and there wasn?t a lot of guidance in the class.

The library is a lovely place for gathering. I like the two hour time frame and I especially liked the teacher, she is a happy heart. The people that came made me feel like old friends.

It was fun and I did learn so much but having the class outside made it difficult do to the temperature and the wind.

I had a great time and learned the basic rule of gradients I painting. I?d love to learn more. Really wish this beginner class was not outdoors since there is no need to view landscapes. Thanks for offering to us!

Title or Location: Island Sunset
This 9x12 watercolor was inspired by a photograph of the Turks and Caicos Islands at sunset where she was recently visiting. Plam trees dominate tge scene overlaying the bushes with a peek of the cabanas and calm ocean in the background. You see the sky at sunset with dark rainclouds on the horizon. I painted this piece to exemplify atmospheric landscapes with both energy and tranquility,
